This guide explains how to view and analyze work ledger entries in Veratrace.

Prerequisites

  • Access to a Veratrace instance
  • Work ledger entries (created by TWU executions)

Access Work Ledger

Navigate to /ledger to view work ledger entries. Source: Feature Inventory - UI Flows (Main Routes)

Work Ledger Entry Fields

Each entry shows:
  • Title - Entry title
  • Description - Entry description
  • Status - Execution status (e.g., “completed”, “in_progress”)
  • Policy Status - Compliance status: “compliant”, “non_compliant”, “review_required”
  • Actors - Actor types: [“AI”], [“HUMAN”], or [“AI”, “HUMAN”]
  • Active Time - Time spent in seconds
  • Cost - Cost in dollars
  • Model Name - TWU model used
  • Entity - Related entity identifier and display name
  • Timestamps - Created and updated timestamps

Filtering

Sorting

Pagination

Policy Compliance

Monitor policy compliance status:
  • compliant - Entry meets all policy requirements
  • non_compliant - Entry violates policy requirements
  • review_required - Entry needs manual review

Metrics Analysis

Analyze work metrics:
  • Cost - Track costs across entries
  • Time - Analyze active time
  • Actors - See distribution of AI vs human work
  • Models - Track which TWU models are used
